Organization Communication: Image Formation in the Way of Semiotic Communication

Abstract


Article describes interfaces between the organization‘s identity, communication and image. Article is based on representatives of organizations research, who claim that the image is the result of the communication process, affected by organizations identity. The first part discusses the concept of identity and its components. The second part concerned identity as a basis for image formation. The third part shows interface between identity, communication and organizational image.
